Another year, another poll. Here are the unwilling participants:
ウサ太郎 (Usatarou), homepage: USA.
Prolific artist with adept skill (think Kouin N or Matcha) but the majority of his work is ‘hidden’ on his homepage1.
沈没 (Chin-botu), homepage: 戦国.
Rebis mentioned him in an interview, Animaestro approves and I approve :P. There is plenty of artwork available in illustrations from seperate doujin circles, and mixi.
Kinky Jimmy, homepage: Kinky Jimmy's TransArtStudio.
Very seasoned artist, illustrates fan-friendly parodies of popular characters, art is directed toward a shemale audience. Some visitors will say his artstyle is not futanari or too Western, and little free art to view because his homepage is subscription based.
はるきゲにあ (Haruki Genia), homepage: はるきゲにあホームページ.
Raijin Kai had two doujinshi for purchase before Summer Comiket with futanari content with ICHIGO hazard volume 2 & Futagorian 「ふたごリアン」. Futagorian was a damn good book though, read that if you have judgements.
カクガリ兄弟 (Kakugari Kyoudai), homepage: K.G.blog(bros).
There is more than just Nippon 女 Heroine 2 behind this vote… but it's not needed. The homepage is even popular among more "freaky" fan genres.
いせゆきの (Ise Yukino), homepage: くろかぼ.2
Suggested by Animaestro, Ise Yukino illustrates with DRESS doujinshi circle and illustrates some personal doujinshi. There is little web work, so harder for gaijin to be exposed.
ジャジャラ (jajala), homepage: ケータイ圏外地域.
Many free CG available to view on jajala's HP. A noteworthy art style, requested manytimes on imageboards but please confirm if the artist illustrates in doujinshi…
MMD, homepage: MMD web site.
Many high-selling doujinshi on digital download sites (except on English DLsite). No Comiket mention, no doujinshi, no interactive contact (bbs, oekaki) from what I see.
Q, homepage: Behind Moon…月の裏側.
The mind behind the Behind Moon canon. This year's continuation to the storyline was well-received in addition to the two other doujinshi published (and another one expected for Comiket 71).
Dmitrys, homepage: Dmitrys @ Hentai Foundry.
A lot, LOT of free images available for viewing through the public. They are not immediately available though. Click "View Gallery" and mark the boxes, "Show Transgender, Show Furry, etc." A great Austrailan artist, and a last minute entry.
Now just because an artist is not in the poll, does not mean they were'nt considered. There were many artists who have zero contact information when posting on a bbs, and who lack a homepage (or even a mixi). Through an e-mail with Kouin N last year, this kind of competition is biased. So I am going to at least mention some other illustrators for you.

猪野丸 (Inomaru), no homepage.
Same applies to Inomaru regarding contact information. And Inomaru only illustrated about three doujinshi this year.
F.S, homepage: よごれ貴族.
F.S illustrated the manga 捕虜の掟 (Horyo no Okite), one of the best "dickgirl" manga this year.
水御 (Mizugo), homepage: C-iv.
This guy is a relatively new artist, I just noticed his work while browsing the circle list for ABnormal Carnival 4. Mizugo is very accomplished right now the artworks lacks some polish though.
まるちろ (maruchiro): homepage: まるちろ.
Between Dmitrys and maruchiro I chose the lesser known artist. maruchiro should make an apperance next year with his very fun art. Try and compare Henmaru Machino and maruchiro; you will notice the tone of the art is more loose and enjoyable.
There are too many additional names to float around, but always check recent link additions for new artists. Submit new artists through the forum, or comment in the blog. Enjoy the holidays, expect these results in January!
